Washing
Turn the garment inside-out before washing
Wash in cold water on a gentle cycle
Wash with similar colors
Use a mild detergent

Tumble dry on low heat, or air dry when possible
Remove promptly once dry to reduce wrinkling
Dry inside-out along with washing

Ironing (we don't recommend, but if you need to)
Iron inside-out on a low setting if needed
Avoid direct contact between the iron and the print
Never iron directly over the design
